In 2009, as a visiting scholar appointed by the National Student Fund, he visited the University of Southern California (USC) Film Academy.

Since 2000, he has been teaching at the School Of Art And Media, Beijing Normal University, and is mainly responsible for “digital video production”, “image creation and production”, and “digital media frontiers” courses.

Mainly engaged in digital image creation and cognitive, animation industry research, chaired the National Development and Reform Commission "Three Networks Integration and Media Industry Development Strategy Research", the National Social Science Fund "Animation Image Research - Art, Consumption and Industry", the National Ministry of Education "American Animation Image Research and Reference" and other planning topics for more than ten years.
